THE PAY DAY.....
One of the important days of your life in Employment. its a day that makes you smile, a day that gives you a feeling of satisfaction and achievement. Its THE day filled up with numbers running throughout our mind. Its a day we've been waiting for all month long.
They say "Money doesnt bring happiness", But this day critises that statement. Because What most of us think on this day is All the wonderful things we are going to buy for ourselves. Something that we want, Something that we desired for since the last PAY DAY. So buying a new pair of Shoes doesnt make you happy ?? Weren't you waiting for your pay day to buy the new Handbag on the high street for your girl ??
Yes what you thinking is exactly what I am trying to say. Money is right now a NEED. At the same time, we tend to get lost dealing with money. The more you have, The more you want. Its addictive as The  more you have, the more comfortable your life is.
Coming back to THE PAY DAY, Its the same day, we feel sad about the fact that we have so many bills to pay. For the youth, its shopping, partying, New phones, games and so on till the cash machine gives the message "Insufficient funds". For the middle aged, its the Monthly groceries and Utility bills. And after all of that, finding the amount thats going to be left with us is the most painful feeling. Because HE and SHE says MONEY SAVED IS THE ACTUAL MONEY EARNED. Doesnt matter how much you earned, what matters is how much you saved.

Even the weekends before and after THE PAY DAY are so different. There were No plans for the weekend prior to THE PAY DAY and for the weekend after THE PAY DAY is planned a week in advance.

So even before we earn money we think of how we going to spend the money. Our needs always grow. Our wants always grow. So as the desire for having more money grows. But does our desire for achieving that "High Paying DREAM" job increase ?? For most of us, it never does.
We get in our comfort zones till the time we have enough for survival and till the time we earn enough to satisfy our materialistic needs to an extent. So Isn't this comfort zone really Uncomfortable when we think of a long term perspective ?? This is the only thing identified by successfull people that keep on igniting the fire within, constantly for reaching their destination. So thats my self realization from the pay day - To get into action to get my ideal job, update my CV, make a schedule for applying jobs every single day...
